Home Tests

These tests are designed to understand your fitness and benchmark through some small, home based physical challenges. They are not very exerting but will enable us to give you a biological age estimate compared to your real age.

Firstly take your waist measurement with a tape measure, just above the belly button. Next, take your hip measurement, just below the pelvis making sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.

Sit towards the front of the chair, knees bent, feet flat on floor. Lean forward and slowly stand up, using your hands as little as possible.

Light and hold a suitable candle at arm's length, take a deep inward breath through the nose and then attempt to blow out the candle.
